📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or sales events.
🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers like USPS or UPS.
U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days with shipping cost calculated at checkout
Local Pickup: Free, please contact us prior to placing order to set up meeting times and locations
International: Not offered
💡 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at thelittlebearsoaps@gmail.com.
❗ Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our hands.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
💥 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
