Return and Refund Policy

At The Little Bear Soap Co., we want you to love our handmade soaps as much as we love making them. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

🧼 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (handmade and for personal use), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we will gladly accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at thelittlebearsoaps@gmail.com before sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please email us at thelittlebearsoaps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used soap bars

  • Custom orders or kits

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

📬 How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
